These rules exist to protect our students, our community, and the integrity of SAPP Academy.

1. Our Core Principles

✅ Respect for all students, mentors, and staff
✅ Learning-first mindset, not gambling
✅ Integrity, honesty, and responsibility
✅ Safety over hype
✅ Discipline over emotion

2. Respectful Behavior

✅ Communicate politely and professionally
✅ No insults, harassment, hate speech, or threats
✅ No discrimination of any kind
✅ No aggressive or manipulative behavior

3. No Signals, No Financial Promises

❌ No sharing of personal trading signals
❌ No promises of guaranteed profits
❌ No selling of VIP groups, bots, or private strategies
❌ No “enter now”, “TP hit”, or hype signal messages

SAPP Academy is an education-only platform, not a signal service.

4. No Scams, No Promotions

❌ No promotion of coins, NFTs, airdrops, or projects
❌ No referral links or affiliate links
❌ No phishing links or suspicious websites
❌ No DM marketing to other students

5. Learning Integrity

✅ Learn with honesty
✅ Do your own analysis
✅ Backtest before applying strategies
✅ Do not copy blindly
✅ Respect intellectual property of SAPP Academy

6. Risk & Capital Responsibility

✅ Always use proper risk management
✅ Never risk money you cannot afford to lose
✅ Use stop loss
✅ Avoid emotional trading
✅ Protect your accounts & wallets

7. Community Platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Forums)

All SAPP Academy community platforms are strictly moderated. Any student who violates these rules may be:

⚠️ Warned
❌ Muted
❌ Removed from the community
❌ Permanently banned from SAPP Academy

8. No Liability for Student Actions

SAPP Academy is not responsible for any financial losses, emotional decisions, or personal consequences resulting from a student’s actions in the market.

Acceptance of Code of Conduct

By joining SAPP Academy, enrolling in any course, or participating in any SAPP community, you agree to follow this Student Code of Conduct.

Failure to follow these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform without refund.
